Philadelphia's annual Independence Day festival runs from Juneteenth through July 4th with free concerts, family programming, and fireworks centered on Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The city and title sponsor Wawa have presented it since 2013, drawing large crowds to the closing concert and fireworks on the Parkway. It stands among the largest free July 4th celebrations in the country.
