A single-day touring-act music festival at the Grandview Park bandshell in Sioux City, running for 35 years and drawing roughly 25,000 people each July. It is one of the largest free-standing outdoor concerts in western Iowa.

Sergeant Charles Floyd was the only member of the Lewis and Clark Expedition to die on the journey, on August 20, 1804, probably of a burst appendix, and the party buried him on this bluff above the Missouri, which now carries his name.
