Clayton County Conservation relaunched its October fall festival as Osborne Days at Osborne Park south of Elkader, replacing the longtime Heritage Days event with conservation demonstrations, geocaching, trapping and a handmade goods marketplace. The park sits along the Turkey River in Iowa's Driftless Area.
