A neighborhood arts and crafts festival along York Boulevard in Highland Park, founded by Yolanda Nogueira and organized by the Highland Park Chamber of Commerce. Two blocks fill with local vendor booths, live music, and a hot rod and lowrider car show each October. The 2025 edition was its 11th year.
