An all-volunteer community fair at Live Oak Park started in 1972 by residents to raise money for local schools and civic groups. The 2026 edition is the 54th annual, with carnival rides, food booths, live music, and a beer and wine garden over two days. Proceeds are distributed to Manhattan Beach youth and community organizations.
