A hands-on pioneer history festival at Katy ISD's Outdoor Learning Center, with covered-wagon camps, blacksmithing and other frontier demonstrations for families. The 40th annual edition ran in April 2026, making it one of the area's longest running school-run traditions; 2027 date approximate.
