Heritage Days turns Cumberland's Historic Washington Street into a weekend of living history, crafts, music and festival food. Reenactors camp at George Washington's Revolutionary War headquarters while the rest of downtown runs food stalls and a craft market. It is Cumberland's signature annual festival.
