Prairie City SVRA hosts a round of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship each June, a stop on the circuit since 1969. Pro riders race the natural-terrain track outside Sacramento while fans camp on-site for the weekend. It is one of the longest-running rounds on the national motocross calendar.
