A free community festival at Franklin Park combining kite flying with biking activities, music, food trucks and crafts. It revives a tradition dating to a landmark 1969 Great Boston Kite Festival at the same park, relaunched in 2010 by the Franklin Park Coalition and drawing over a thousand visitors each spring.
