Fools' Flotilla is a free costumed boat parade on the Yahara River organized by River Alliance of Wisconsin. Paddlers in canoes, kayaks and homemade floats gather at the Tenney Park Locks and float down to Yahara Place Park. It runs the same weekend as the Marquette Waterfront Festival, with gathering at 9:30am and the parade launching at 10:30am.
