The regional fair for the twenty three counties of East Texas has run since 1915, with livestock judging, a midway, and nightly concerts. It moved in 2024 from its longtime home near the Tyler Rose Garden to a three hundred acre campus west of the city after the lease there ended. (2026 dates approximate.)
