Colorado's largest Asian Pacific American cultural festival, now held at Riverdale Regional Park in Brighton after relocating from Denver's Sloan's Lake Park. Dragon boat races run on Mann Nyholt Lake alongside food trucks, artist vendors and stage performances celebrating Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander heritage. It is free and open to the public.

Denver City Council annexed nearly 3,000 acres of Adams County grassland and farmland in 1966, and a group of developers laid out a self contained district on it: about 1,770 acres of housing, 800 acres of industrial park, and the rest for schools, churches and parks.
