The Torrance Cultural Arts Center hosts a two day showcase of taiko drumming, martial arts, tea ceremony, calligraphy and bonsai each spring, one of the South Bay's longest running Japanese cultural festivals. It has run for more than fifty years and remains free with free parking. Certified instructors lead most of the demonstrations.
