Kit Land Nelson Park in downtown Apopka becomes an outdoor gallery each spring for a juried art show paired with plant and foliage vendors, a nod to the city's history as a major foliage-growing center. The GFWC Apopka Woman's Club has organized it since the 1960s. It is typically held on the last weekend of April.
