Strong Vincent holds Little Round Top
1863
Erie Cemetery, Erie, Pennsylvania

An Erie lawyer who, on his own authority and without waiting for orders, put his brigade on the left end of the Union line at Gettysburg on the second day, which is the hill everything then hinged on. He posted the 20th Maine on the extreme flank and was shot within the hour, dying days later at twenty six. The high school in Erie carries his name and he is buried here.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
