Santa's Workshop at the North Pole
1949

A businessman built a village around a frozen pole a child could touch, with a live Santa in residence year-round, and it opened six years before Disneyland, one of the first themed amusement parks in America. Children's letters addressed to the North Pole have been answered from here ever since, and the post office postmark is the reason many of them arrive.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
