A pair of white forms on the harbour esplanade, opening toward the Manhattan skyline, holding a profile plaque for each of the 274 Staten Island residents killed in the September 11 attacks and the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. The dead include police and firefighters who went in after the planes hit, and one passenger on United 93.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
