Pinecraft, the Amish winter village

Amish and Mennonite families came down to farm celery in winter and kept coming after the farming stopped, until a few blocks of Sarasota became the one place where Amish from every settlement in the country mix. There are no horses, the streets are full of adult tricycles and three-wheeled bikes, and buses arrive from Ohio and Pennsylvania all winter. It is the closest thing the Plain communities have to a resort.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
