Kerrytown and the farmers market running since 1919
1919

The farmers market that anchors this district opened in May 1919 and moved to the block it still occupies in 1921, which makes it older than most of what surrounds it. Kerrytown runs roughly between Main, Depot, Division and Huron, keeps its brick streets and sidewalks, and holds the Kerrytown Concert House, Zingerman's Deli and the Hands-On Museum. It borders the Old Fourth Ward historic district and has long been the centre of the city's progressive politics.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
