Marche du Nain Rouge
Cass Corridor, starting near Traffic Jam & Snug, Detroit, MI
A costumed street parade through Detroit's Cass Corridor that ritually banishes the Nain Rouge, a red imp of local folklore blamed for the city's misfortunes since the 1700s. Revived in 2010, it has become one of Detroit's most recognizable quirky annual traditions, drawing thousands of costumed participants each spring.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
