Beacon Hill Christmas Eve Carol Sing
17 Louisburg Square, Boston, MA
The Beacon Hill Bellringers have carried handbells through Louisburg Square on Christmas Eve since Margaret Nichols Shurcliff started the tradition in 1924. Neighbors gather on the steps of 17 Louisburg Square at 8pm to sing carols and ring along on borrowed sleigh bells. It remains one of Beacon Hill's best known holiday traditions.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
