A classroom at Kensington High School on East Cumberland Street, over in the River Wards in the near northeast of Philadelphia. Somebody threw a balled up piece of paper. The man who came in to sort it out asked more than once who threw it, got nothing back, and then said the thing about their mother that people have been quoting ever since. It went up in December 2014 and has passed ten million views. The line long ago outlived everything around it, and almost nobody who says it now could tell you it happened in a Philadelphia school.
