The open air showers on the boardwalk here are where Hooman Nouri filmed his shampoo pranks. He waits for somebody to start washing their hair, leans over the wall behind them with a bottle and keeps topping up the lather while they rinse, so the foam never goes away. The man in this one scrubs at a head of suds that keeps rebuilding itself while Nouri crouches above him out of sight. The series ran to a dozen parts on his channel, and this one went up in July 2019.
