The Homeless Dude question
JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort and Spa, Aventura, Florida
Still from the original video by Grant Cardone
The JW Marriott Turnberry sits on West Country Club Drive in Aventura, north of Miami, and its ballrooms host the 10X business summits. At the 2025 one a man stood up in the audience with a microphone, said he was a small fish in a big pond and that he had a mindset question, and then explained how he had got into the room: two loans to be there, no money left for a hotel, sleeping in his car. The room gave him a hand for it, somebody put a name on him off the back of it, homeless dude, and that is the ten seconds that left the ballroom and went everywhere. What he was actually asking about never travelled with it.
That was 1 of the hidden places.
