A grass embankment above Commons Boulevard, on the edge of the Hamilton Place retail sprawl east of Chattanooga, with the back of a big box store sitting at the top of it. In the clip a man gets out beside a police vehicle at the kerb, sprints straight up the bank and goes over the crest, and the camera keeps running afterwards and pans along the slope. The run takes about seven seconds. It circulates as a lawyer timing himself to answer a police claim that nobody could have got up the bank as fast as was alleged, though that framing comes from the accounts passing it around rather than from any court record that can be found. The location is fixed by the building at the top: the store sign comes into shot as the camera pans, and it sits a hundred and fifty metres from this spot.
