The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival lines the Town Center waterway with juried fine art from painters, sculptors and craftspeople each spring. Run by the Woodlands Arts Council, it features a featured artist showcase and best in show awards alongside live music and food vendors. The festival has grown into one of the region's top ranked outdoor art shows.
