A multi-day blues, soul and funk festival at Tom McCall Waterfront Park on the Willamette River, presented to benefit the Oregon Food Bank. It has run since 1988 and is one of the largest blues festivals in the country, closing each year with fireworks over the river on July 4th. (2027 dates approximate, based on the festival's usual early July slot.)
