This free waterfront festival celebrates Santa Barbara's commercial fishing fleet with fresh local seafood, a chowder cook-off, cooking demonstrations, and boat tours along Harbor Way.
Dedicated on a Simi Valley hilltop in November 1991 with five presidents on the stage at once, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan and Bush, the first time that many had ever stood together.
