The Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon runs from downtown Minneapolis to the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul, crossing the Mississippi River along the course. Known as one of the most scenic urban marathons in the country, it anchors a full race weekend that also includes a 10 mile run and shorter family events. The 2026 marathon is run on Sunday, October 4.
