The Texas Crawfish Festival turns the historic district of Old Town Spring over to Cajun cooking, carnival rides, and live music for a weekend each spring. It has run for more than three decades and is one of the larger crawfish festivals outside Louisiana. Held annually in late April; 2027 dates approximate.
