The City of Westminster stages a parade and Lunar New Year festival through the heart of Little Saigon, the largest Vietnamese American community outside Vietnam. The city's Tet Parade Foundation has run it for more than two decades on the weekend nearest the lunar new year. Streets close along the route for floats, marching bands and traditional performances.
