Target USA Cup brings club soccer teams from across the country and overseas to the National Sports Center for a week of matches on more than fifty fields. Organizers call it the largest youth soccer tournament in the Western Hemisphere. The tournament has run at the Blaine complex for decades under a series of title sponsors.
