Neighborhood outdoor art fair along Sunset Drive in downtown South Miami, founded in 1984 by the Red Sunset Merchants Association. It has grown from 25 to more than 150 artist and vendor booths across four blocks and is recognized as a Sunshine Artist Top-200 show. The free festival runs the weekend after Presidents' Day each year.
