A ten-day midwinter festival in downtown Durango built around a different comedic theme each year, with a light parade hosted by Purgatory Resort, costume events, and community fundraisers. It has run since 1979 and is one of southwest Colorado's longest-running winter traditions. The 2027 edition marks its 48th year.
