A free outdoor arts festival in downtown Salem featuring a juried visual-arts gallery, an artisan marketplace, live music and dance performances and a live mural-painting competition. Co-produced by Salem Main Streets and Creative Collective since around 2008, it is distinct from the city's October Haunted Happenings and draws more than ten thousand visitors each June.
