An outdoor historical drama performed in a natural amphitheater in the hills above Hemet, based on Helen Hunt Jackson's 1884 novel Ramona. First staged in 1923, it is billed as America's longest continuously performed outdoor play and is California's official state outdoor play. Performances run across three weekends each spring, typically mid-April through early May.
