Literary Arts' annual celebration of books and authors fills the South Park Blocks and the Portland Art Museum with readings, panels, workshops and a book fair. Founded in 2005 by writer Larry Colton under the name Wordstock, it has grown into the largest literary festival in the Pacific Northwest. The main day on November 7 draws more than 100 authors and thousands of readers.
