A three day street festival along Winchester Avenue in downtown Ashland, named for Poage's Landing, the 1786 river settlement that became the city. It features live music, food and craft vendors, and amusement rides, drawing twenty to thirty thousand visitors on the third weekend of September. The festival began in 1990.
