OURfest, formerly OutFest, is Philadelphia's National Coming Out Day celebration in the Gayborhood, pairing a Saturday parade with a Sunday street festival of vendors, food, and performances. The event has run since 1990 and bills itself as the city's second Pride. Streets around 12th and Spruce close for the block party each October.
