The Norcross Art Splash Festival is a juried outdoor fine arts festival held each October in historic downtown Norcross's Thrasher Park. More than 100 artists exhibit paintings, ceramics, jewelry, and other handmade work alongside live music and a children's area, marking its 23rd year in 2026.
