The Nashville Film Festival screens features, documentaries and shorts across venues including the Belcourt Theatre and the National Museum of African American Music each fall, alongside music-film premieres and industry panels. Founded in 1969, it is one of the longer running film festivals in the Southeast. The 2026 edition, its 57th, runs September 24 through 30.
