A Winston-Salem Christmas tradition since 1929, the Women's Fellowship of Home Moravian Church leads tours of the Single Brothers House at Old Salem where guests watch hand-dipped beeswax candles being made and view the Putz, a miniature model of 1900s Salem. Visitors are served traditional Moravian sugar cake and coffee, and the event is widely considered the unofficial start of the city's Christmas season.
