Mission Fed ArtWalk closes several blocks of Little Italy for San Diego's largest visual and performing arts festival, with more than 250 artists showing work alongside live music and dance. Now in its fifth decade, the free festival draws crowds from across Southern California and northern Mexico each spring. A Kids Artwalk runs alongside it with hands on activities for families.
