A three-day Louisiana-style music and food festival held every year on the weekend after Memorial Day at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta. Camping fans and jam band devotees gather for Cajun and zydeco headliners alongside boiled crawfish flown in from the Atchafalaya Spillway. Now in its fourth decade, it is one of the Northeast's longest-running Cajun music gatherings.
