The Woodlands opens the holiday season each November with Santa arriving by sleigh down the Waterway, snow play areas and a fireworks finale at Town Green Park. The Woodlands Township has run it for nearly forty years and treats it as the community's official start of Christmas. It draws families from across Montgomery County who plan around the fireworks.
