The Things A Drift shop in Ship Bottom hosts a Sea Glass and Art Festival every October, with handmade sea glass jewelry, coastal watercolors and nautical crafts from local artists. The two day event includes contests built around beachcombing finds, drawing collectors from across Long Beach Island. It has become a fixture of the island's shoulder season calendar once the summer rental crowds clear out.
