The Shaw Neighborhood Improvement Association has closed off Flora Place, across the street from the Missouri Botanical Garden, for this juried fine arts fair every fall since 1993. About 120 artists show ceramics, jewelry, painting, and sculpture along the neighborhood's historic boulevard.
