Irvington's Halloween tradition dates back more than 75 years, run by a coalition of neighborhood organizations on the city's east side. A week of ghost tours and a costume-clad street fair fill the historic streetcar suburb founded in 1870. It is one of the oldest neighborhood Halloween festivals in the country.
