The Havre de Grace Ice Festival fills downtown and the STAR Centre with more than fifty illuminated ice sculptures and live carving demonstrations each winter. Local businesses sponsor sculptures that line the historic waterfront district for the weekend. It has become a fixture of the town's winter calendar.
