The Decoy and Wildlife Art Festival is the largest annual fundraiser for the Havre de Grace Decoy Museum, drawing more than 50 carvers to show vintage and contemporary Chesapeake Bay waterfowl decoys. The festival honors the Susquehanna Flats' history as one of the country's major waterfowl hunting grounds. It has run every spring for more than four decades.
